You get what you pay for with these cameras. I was surprised by all the features of the system, but you can tell the system is cheaply made. However, it gets the job done, but customer service is almost non-existent and it's very difficult to find any information about the system. The night vision sensor is a cool feature, but it's also a pain because the sensor turns itself on. and turns off repeatedly for ten minutes or more. The sensor continues to switch from night vision to day vision and constantly toggles loud clicking sounds on and off. It does what it's supposed to do though, but I would like the quality to be a bit better for night vision where you need to be playing a video most of the time. The outdoor cameras weathered Hurricane Irma just fine, oh, and there was never a single break in video transmission during the storm until we lost power. I would recommend anyone who has such a system to get a backup battery, which you can also find at Revain for a relatively cheap price. This might give you a few hours of power for your cameras after a power outage in your house. The application for this camera is my least favorite. Connection issues are the biggest problem: you can't access cameras without connecting your phone to WiFi. Setting up the in-app registration for your cameras is also very complicated. It took several days before I was finally able to create an account and log in. If you're looking to buy a security system for your home or business, I'll probably just spend the extra money on a better system. made elsewhere than in China. The system definitely does what it's supposed to do, but for a few extra dollars you can buy a much better system that's more compatible with the addition of new cameras, a much better app, and many other features that the system lacked.
