If you want to mount the mop frame on a cupboard door, you will need smaller screws. The included screws are useful for wall mounting. In my case, the screw covers tended to fall off, but since I had it installed in a closet, I didn't bother with that minor cosmetic issue. Overall the product is very useful - your mops etc don't touch the floor!
