Had to return the first one. the battery does not remain charged. Every time I disabled it, it lost its configuration. The second works great. No problem. UPDATE: The second failed in a different way. The menu button stopped working, then the screen would freeze intermittently. I ended up getting a green screen or just a clutter on the screen after several reboots. The support team was very responsive and I have nothing but good things to say about it, but the fact that I'll be on my third camera in 2 months should say something about the product. and I have to pay an additional $15 for warranty return of the broken camera and shipping of the new camera. I have six Amcrest Wi-Fi cameras around the house, which are generally reliable and have really good features. This camera isn't even remotely of the same caliber.
