The instructions we received for this article were ridiculous at best. There was no size indicator telling us what size bit we would need to screw the pieces into the wall. The top screws shown in the second picture weren't included in the instructions at all, which further added to our confusion trying to install the rack, and after all two of the company's responses, we realized they shouldn't be there at all.
