user error right? on Computers and Accessories

At first I was excited! I have an HP Stream that doesn't even have enough memory to update Windows 10. That is the main reason for the purchase. I have it and it's very easy to get started and get updates and things like that. Then all of a sudden I had all sorts of problems. In short, you need to reinstall Windows, which has not helped yet. To be honest I don't know if it's a product or me or an accident. Will update if/when I find out
