Review on LJYH by Rob Marsh

As an avid consumer of internet stores, I was pleased to find LJYH, which presented itself as a one-stop-shop for men's and women's outerwear. I was eager to try out the store and find some new winter clothes to add to my collection. But LJYH has been nothing but a disappointment for me. Their online coat and jacket selection was meager and uninspiring; I didn't see any styles or cuts that particularly caught my eye. The "variety of other clothing options" they advertised was also disappointingly restricted to t-shirts and jeans. What little apparel I did get was also of poor quality. The jacket I bought was of terrible quality, with frayed seams and a zipper that gave out after only a couple of uses. The jacket was awkward to wear because of its poor fit. When I contacted LJYH about getting a refund for the defective jacket, the company's customer service was unresponsive and useless. They ignored my initial contact for weeks before responding, and then they flat-out refused to refund me or even provide me a return label. My time spent with LJYH has been disappointing overall. Those in need of high-quality garments and dependable customer service should go further than this online retailer.
