Heaven Water Toner by Ogana Cell comes in a large screw top bottle. There is a small hole under the cover for dispensing toner. You can shake out a quarter at a time. The toner itself is transparent and has a pleasant floral scent. It smells moderate so it's not overpowering. The toner is great on the face. It absorbs well and leaves my skin glowing with a beautifully even complexion. I use toner before serum and moisturizer. I have combination skin with large pores and this toner has helped reduce the appearance of pores and reduce dryness. Has not caused any problems with skin irritation or rashes. In general. great toner.
