6'3", 175. Medium fit but like all others the waist is a bit high as advertised. (UPDATE). These briefs do not work at all under a pair of Carhart work pants. I had to turn around and go home I was so cold. Absolute rubbish won't use them again. The third pair of pants goes to the animal shelter๐โ๏ธI'm going to the branded brandโ๏ธ
