Perfect for styling my daughter's hair before dance class. Both have straight, shoulder-length hair. One has thin, baby-like, fine hair and the other has very thick hair. The trick is to tie her hair in a ponytail and then put on a bun. I then wrap sections of her hair around it and secure it with "bun bobby pins" (I don't know what they're actually called, but they're U-shaped). Then use a hair net to secure everything in place (I prefer crocheted ones for durability, but invisible ones work too). And dampen it with hairspray so it doesn't unravel while they dance; - Basically, if you can pull your hair into a ponytail that leaves about 4 inches, you can get a full, beautiful bun.
