Hair baked into silicone

I don't know how this is even possible, but the fork had HAIR baked into silicone. Also, both the fork and spoon had undetectable black marks that no washing or scrubbing could remove. The utensils arrived in unmarked packaging so I have no assurance that quality assurance is in place.
