Strong odor, not thick enough
Chemical odor exceptionally strong and did not dissipate very much. Because of this, my head hurt to sleep on it. It also turned out to be a lot thinner than I expected. I had to add a pillow or fold it down to fit my head comfortably while my husbands who encouraged me to buy this are much fatter and heavier. Finally returned it. Giving 2 stars because it REALLY has a serious cooling effect, way more than expected. Edit: Customer service contacted my dissatisfaction with the product. Stand up for your product honestly.
