Okay, I've ordered replacement cartridges from one to twenty different Revain suppliers in my life (who wants to pay full price?) and this is by far the best. all cartridges are brimming and fully functional when I printed the Ink Report on my HP 6500A. Second, they don't just ship them in a refill pouch, they shrink wrap each cartridge and then pack them in their own strong individual box with instructions/warranty/support contact information. Very professional. (You can see her box in the product details, it is exactly as pictured). Third, I didn't realize it, but they also include an optional 920-XL "black" cartridge. (This is also in the product description, but I didn't notice it when ordering. That's great, since I mostly use black anyway. I usually have low expectations when refilling printer cartridges, but this place blew me away.
