Problem 1 - Supplied with plastic inserts. Problem 2 - Glass inserts are only sold in sets of 4. If I buy 1 container, why do I need 4 inserts? Problem 3 - Not completely airtight as insert lids will not close. Problem 4 - Heat retention is so-so. Problem 5 - Food cannot be reheated in the microwave (see below). Problem 6 - Food needs to be reheated in a glass or plastic insert before being placed in a container. .Problem 7: The glass/plastic insert becomes hot and cannot be safely removed from the microwave or placed in the container. Problem 8: Mediocre customer service and buyer pays for return shipping. They're glass, microwaveable, have silicone lids (so you don't burn your hands removing them from the microwave) and are sealed. I really wanted to like it but I don't recommend it. Can be good for small salads, but still too bulky to carry around for a small side dish.
