I like that they are able to provide solutions without having me waiting too long or paying out of my pocket if it's an expensive solution! Sometimes there can be some lag times between their end when trying to resolve issues, but this seems to only happen during peak hours in the US market. We were looking into moving our website from shared webhosting services back over to AWS as we felt more secure knowing everything was being hosted by them instead of us.
