Reliable and quick to respond customer support

The support team is very responsive, always available to help you solve your problems. I like that they are able to provide solutions without having me waiting too long or paying out of my pocket if it's an expensive solution! Sometimes there can be some lag times between their end when trying to resolve issues, but this seems to only happen during peak hours in the US market. We were looking into moving our website from shared webhosting services back over to AWS as we felt more secure knowing

  • I dislike that it doesn't have a free tier or that it can be expensive if you aren't careful

Very good hosting with great support

I like that Root 360 has very fast servers, they keep everything up to date so you don't have downtime or slow loading sites! We use it as our web host at work but do not pay them directly - we are actually using Hostgator which offers us more features than Root does but also adds extra costs. It's really hard to find an ISP/Hosting provider who can give your website enough power without high prices. They offer all of their customers 1GB RAM per server instance. This makes sense because ifโ€ฆ
