I put my face cream in this airless bottle and no product comes out. That does not work. This is the first time I have opened and used the package. I WANT A REFUND, PLEASE. You should also provide more information about your bottles. For example, if a product is too weak or ineffective to extract the cream from the bottle, you should be aware of that. I filled all the bottles and you know what? I can't get the pump out of either one. It was an airless bottle, not a can. I want a refund The product was wasted because I couldn't get the product out of the bottle. I ordered small 10ml samples and even paid for product sample bottle labels. How can you help and overcome the pain of lost product, time and frustration?! Sending it back would help.
