Love these tools and accessories

Nice easy way to dose my skincare products without feeling like they are oxidizing when opening and closing. I prefer a pump over a drip to avoid contact with my hands. The only downside is that to fill less than 1 ounce you have to pump to lift the bottom as there is a hard bottom to create a vacuum. Otherwise great containers. Easy to wash and refill too.

The airless part didn't work. I can't pour the cream out of the bottle no matter how much I pump

I put my face cream in this airless bottle and no product comes out. That does not work. This is the first time I have opened and used the package. I WANT A REFUND, PLEASE. You should also provide more information about your bottles. For example, if a product is too weak or ineffective to extract the cream from the bottle, you should be aware of that. I filled all the bottles and you know what? I can't get the pump out of either one. It was an airless bottle, not a can. I want a refund The…
