This adapter is just what I was looking for to replace an old fluorescent grow lamp in my indoor garden. Grow fluorescent lights were becoming too expensive to replace and with this adapter I was able to replace my old fluorescent light with a traditional outlet which now has a more economical LED light that lasts longer and is cheaper to run! But first I had to make sure my garden lamp didn't have a ballast and I didn't! Works great - very happy with the purchase!
