Bought for my son, caught on sale, worth every penny. I also bought a ribbon and sewed it onto the comforter as my son likes to play with the 'tags' on the comforter. I think it will help him develop his fine motor skills. However, I've washed the comforter many times, it doesn't pill or pill, it stays INCREDIBLY soft. If they made one big enough for dad, I'd happily use it! Bear prints are ideal when aesthetics are important, and more importantly, they are no "tougher" than the parts of the blanket that are left unprinted. If this one gets lost for some reason or something, I'll buy another one as it's now my son's favorite blanket (with my bow pendant modification).
