The controller is just plug and play, it is wired controller, not wireless. The product has been without problems for some time and I have been using it for about 3 months now. I use the controller almost every day, video game tournaments and game battles are a must. I like the little headphone jacks on the controller because I don't always use a headset, they're four stars overall considering the factors I mentioned above, I really want to give it five stars including the price, it's to one very good price , it is literally steel
