I met these guys last year and ordered regular whey and thought it was one of the best flavor and protein combos I've ever had - then I was reading the labdoor.com reviews around the turn about this year and found out about their placement in the top 3! So this time I decided to try a protein blend instead of isolate or plain whey - NO JOKE! Yesterday morning I drank one scoop mixed with 300ml unsweetened vanilla coconut milk – FOUR HOURS LATER my dose of 500mg niacin (b3) that I take every morning is starting to kick in! Niacin never took 4 hours to flush skin (usually within an hour) - the only change I made was enjoying this new protein powder, so the casein in this thing is LEGAL! I would give six stars now if I could. MUMP MUMP MUMP!
