16 year old daughter is more picky than a Siamese cat and LOVES her blanket. It's been a few months now and it's washing off like magic (and despite my reluctance to buy a pastel blanket for this coffee-spilling, ketchup-sopping teenager, the stains washed out instantly). It's soft and supple, but not too thin. It also has no smell or plastic texture. The pile of fabric is quite nice, not that cheap micro-suede imitation that gives me goosebumps. The pillows have withstood makeup, sunscreen, sweat, hairspray, breakup tears etc and still look pretty good after months of teenage angst and abuse. The color was perfect; not too orange-peach and not too grey-pink. This is a true pale pink and is easy to pair with sheets and accessories. Hope this review helps! The daughter uses different blankets on sub-zero nights, but the blanket is warm enough most of the winter.
