This feeder will definitely get the job done and is very reliable. The only thing I don't like is that if you need to change batteries or reset the feeding schedule, you have to do it at the exact time you want the first feeding to happen. You can't set it up at 9am to feed at 5pm. If you want the feeding to start at 5pm, you need to be nearby to reset it at 5pm. This is the only downside. Otherwise it works well and the batteries last a long time before needing to be replaced. I would recommend buying this product.
