Pros: Genuine leather, nice finish. It has a pocket for storing a debit card or other credit card and a valve for separating and filling in duplicate checks. Cons: Too small to easily fit in a standard checkbook. You should not have skimped on the material and should have made it about 1/4 inch larger all around - then that would be ideal. As mentioned elsewhere (and I should have read the reviews before buying), some trimming of the checkbook's back flap allows it to slide inward. I will keep it but do not recommend it.
