This device is quite affordable and perfectly suited to my needs of providing connectivity to external monitors and offering flexibility in connection types. While VGA and DVI aren't common in new monitors these days, in the short time I've had it I've already encountered situations where I needed both. If I were really picky, I'd like a smaller/thinner device and possibly light metal, but no more. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this adapter.
