I ordered one set for my sister and the other one for me. I like it a lot, especially when I'm in the bath. I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that they don't stay hot for long. The first time I used it I did as directed and put it under hot water. It was hot for less than 2 minutes which was so nice for my skin. When the heat subsided, I had to soak it again with hot water to warm it up, which got a bit irritating. The second time I used it, I decided to boil water and put the mask in a saucepan. This time the mask was hot for less than 3 minutes. It was so relaxing on the skin. The third time I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was hot for less than 2 minutes. I just left it on as it relaxes my face. I've only used it cold once and it was amazing, I didn't want to get out of bed. I love them, I just want them to stay warm longer. Putting them in boiling water was the best solution for me. I test them on my thigh to see if it's too hot to put on my face. Overall I would recommend them even if they don't stay hot for long as they are thick, soothing and comfortable. I have noticed a difference in my skin care routine when using these products.
