My daughter has very coarse hair and I used it on 410 and it was literally the fastest I've ever straightened! This is absolutely divine! It usually takes me over an hour and it's still not as straight as I'd like, but it hits the root and that's because of the rounded edges. She is not told that she felt air on her head. If you have thick hair this will work for you. I also used it as a curler on my own hair and it looked like I was using hair curlers! I am impressed! Highly recommended.
