You must be a little stronger.
Definitely could have been a more durable product. Great concept. The workaround was that I used a small black screw and drilled through the center of the cup holder. If you don't feel like drilling a small hole in the cup holder, it will get the job done. Definitely worth it if you have a few drinks to get you through the day, water, protein coffee etc etc etc.
