I was really looking forward to this new table as ours has seen better days. What drew me in were the built-in ports, built-in USB, and cup holders. When it arrived there was virtually nothing to assemble so assembly took less than two minutes and was not a problem. Pros: Built-in USB and 110 outlets. Very cool. Simply plug the table into the base and you have two built-in power outlets and two USB ports. Of course I connected our new lamp and two Apple Lightning cables for the future. Slowly charges the iPad without getting hot. coasters. I'm pretty sure they're just plastic, but we use them a lot and love them. You know that feeling when you get something new and hope to use it but never do? It's not like this. The wood is so beautiful that we use coasters 95% of the time. minuses. The size. I was really hoping it would be around 2-3 inches taller and although the measurements are listed it turned out to be slightly smaller than I was hoping for. The measurements are accurate. However, I'm deducting a star for that. Remote control holder and magazine rack. One star deducted for that. Both are almost useless as the remote control holder doesn't fit any of our remote controls. We don't have anything out of the ordinary, but our PS3 remote, TV remote, or receiver remote isn't working. It has to be a very thin remote to fit properly. It might be a bit fake but if they want to advertise that it has a remote then they should subtract a star if it doesn't. The magazine rack works, of course, but where my last desk is, no one will think to look back there. I do not know. Meh.Overall While the remotes don't match, this is a great looking side table that charges my devices while minimizing clutter and cords. I am very happy with the purchase, I have no regrets.
