I bought them a year ago and then bought a second pair. The second pair stopped working, the right earbud. I contacted the company and after several emails back and forth they sent me a complete replacement for the non-working earpiece. I was very happy with the customer service as they honored their 1 year warranty (headphones were about 7 months old). I gave it 4 stars because a couple had an issue. The original pair works great. I love the sound quality and overall I am very happy with the product and customer service when I have problems. Thanks very much!
