Works with Kinks

I am a cyclist and need to exercise these muscles after cycling. And this stick works great. It is small, handy and light. Easily fits in your gym bag and you're on the go. HOW TO USE: This was not accompanied by a video or instructions for use, but sometimes you just need to get creative or really search the internet for what you need. Looking for. I have found multiple uses for this stick. Firstly, if you are looking for a stick that follows the contours of your body, then this stick is not for you. This massage stick does not bend. Its feature is the ability to work out the kinks in your muscles. Still, it works great on quads, just sit down and gently roll the stick around your thigh until muscles are relaxed or to your liking. This particular wand is quite hard, so you may need to move gently at first, then gradually increase the pressure if your body allows. If you sit at the computer regularly, this will remove the curves of the neck. Simply tilt your head slightly and gently roll the middle part of the wand over your neck. For those typists and court clerks, this wand can be used on the inside of the hand and wrist. All you have to do is sit in a chair and place a stick between your legs and then rub/roll your hand over the stick to relieve tension. For the lower back, grasp the handles of the stick with both hands and gently roll the stick up and down your back. If you are a runner who needs to release tension in your calves. Sit down and grasp the stick with both hands but behind the calf and gently rub up and down, applying pressure as needed. Last but not least, let's not forget our legs. I've had a vault twice in my life, and it can be painful. But then we took a glass bottle, put it on the floor and moved our foot back and forth on it, trying not to break the glass. The same technique can be done with this wand, applying the pressure of your choice without fear of breaking the glass. Now let's talk about the back again. I've used this massager for my back, lower and upper but it's a little awkward as I have to bend down to adjust the wand. So I prefer my husband to do it. I lie on the massage table and he gently rolls the wand down my back and I use the wand on his back as well. Because this is a hard stick and cannot be bent, you must be careful when rolling the stick over the other person's back. Your weight is shifted to the stick, which is already very hard and quite snuffy in the middle, so you have to apply much lighter pressure than you do to yourself, and then adjust as much as the person's body can first allows. In summary, these are the ways the Roller Stick has worked for me and I'm sure I'll find other ways to use the Stick as well. I would recommend this, but remember to be careful at first and gradually increase the pressure. Nicole
