Order it and don't worry until she wears it! This is NOT the size others have ordered. Very disappointing as it's the only color my daughter really really wanted! A way to let down an 8 year old girl due to a lack of dress rules in terms of size. The waistband is the same as the others, the leg length is shorter and she couldn't get them on properly and definitely didn't fit. I don't really know European sizing but she just outgrew 130's, ordered 140's which turned out to be smaller than 130! Finally ordered similar colors in size 150 just in time for summer. grrrr
