As someone who spends most of my working day on foot, I need shoes that will last a long time and give my feet comfort and support, especially since I have to walk on hard linoleum. Sketchers sneakers partially meet these requirements. The last time I ordered work shoes from Revain I made the stupid mistake of ordering oversized shoes which my feet slip out of pretty easily. I decided not to buy wide shoes anymore and chose size 12. And they fit. a little. Sure, my legs don't slip out, but they're not very immobile inside. But they do offer comfort to my feet, however the soft insole in my left boot has already worn down at the tip after a few weeks of wear. I don't work that many days or hours and the upholstery is starting to wear out. I think it's mostly my fault because my feet keep slipping in my shoes. I think I should have ordered a size 11, my feet must have shrunk. But where the shoes are to blame is that they don't handle wet surfaces well when they should have strong grip. There were several times where I almost slipped. However, these shoes help me a lot with my job and it's partly my fault so I can't complain.
