I don't have a car and needed something that could be easily taped to the windshield and removed when renting. I found it perfect for the first two times I used it. Unfortunately the third time I tried the suction cups would no longer stick to the windshield, the soft plastic part fell off when I removed the one side that was stuck, tried again and then replaced the soft plastic part. the round piece of hard plastic broke in half rendering it completely unusable. It would probably work great if pinned once and then left there, but not for my needs.
