This item DOES NOT WORK. Simply put, it was a waste of money and not worth buying and I regret it. Judging by the price, looks, and several reviews, I decided it was worth the money. Big mistake. First I had a clear plastic case on my phone (the description said it charged with cases) and it didn't charge the phone half the time. Sometimes it worked fine and charged fully, and sometimes it didn't. I ended up removing the lid entirely, hoping that would solve the problem...but it didn't. The indicator was green when loading or blinking blue when an error occurred. I've seen that flashing blue light 9 times out of 10. Most of the time it would charge up to a certain point and then drop out. That means if I had 20 percent battery it would charge to 30 percent and then crash with a flashing blue light. Many times I have asked what to do and have been told that the phone must be an iPhone 8 or later for it to work properly - I have an iPhone 12 max and it never worked, I had 10 before that when I first bought it and it never worked properly. I often woke up with my phone off and my watch off. It was also very frustrating, unless the phone was on the charger EXACTLY a certain way, the phone wouldn't charge - if I accidentally bumped into the dresser it would cause the phone to stop charging...like I have said I'm tired of worrying about your phone all the time. And if he would charge. Also the watch charger only works half the time.
