The pulpit came quicker than stated when ordering. Unfortunately, the item arrived without two important assembly parts. Things like that happen. I contacted Stand Steady customer support via email and the response/replacement came very quickly. The pulpit is sturdy, tilts, and is the perfect maximum height (42 inches as advertised) for my wife and my speaking purpose. I take it to the living room, outside the patio, and place it next to my desk with ease. well in the back seat of my Tacoma with the top of the lectern all the way down as shown in the picture. The tilting mechanism is firmly welded, as is the base. The pneumatic shaft moves up/down as intended with light foot pressure on the detent on the base. The two wheels are strong, not thin. I have manually adjusted one leveling leg (of two) without flipping the lectern when using it on a slightly uneven patio floor. Finally, the lectern fits perfectly under the chair in the living room, where I put my books or papers for relaxed, hands-free reading. A very good article. I recommend.
