I originally ordered this and wasn't very happy, the part that snaps into the fitbit didn't work and came out right away leaving a bad review. The company contacted me immediately and offered to send another one, received within a few days and THIS WORKS. This band is really GOOD, really decorates the Fitbit (anything should be better than that plastic band that comes with the original fit). I've also tried the metal ones which are like a magnet but they grabbed so many things and after messing up a few crochet projects I was so done. I'm so glad the company sent me a new one and corrected their mistakes. Product. I really hate deleting links, I had to delete 2, the little thing they sent isn't the best but it did the job, really hard to get the pin back uh but it's ready to wear .
