Review on Monopod Release Digital Cameras Microfiber by Keri Diaz

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Broke on the first try. straight to the bin

I'm torn to give a bad review because the monopod itself is cheap and I've already received a refund from Revain - I'd have a warning for other buyers, after all should leave . This monopod could travel all over the world with me and take nature and bird shots on my hikes. I would use it on my Fujifilm X-Pro and XT-3 cameras with different zoom lenses. On my first try out of the box, the monopod broke after I straightened my leg. It literally broke and broke away from the assembly; The photo shows that the latch has a factory defect (there is a crack). The metal attachment ring came loose after I lengthened the last leg. Another complaint has to do with the foam on the grip - it's too short to use comfortably. Not planning to use the monopod much, I settled on something cheap and lightweight, but I wasn't willing to take the risk of the monopod breaking on the first try.
