I'm wearing an M/L hat and it's a bit tight. It would be nice if it had a little more stretch and a little more headgear. I can wear it like this and appreciate how warm it is, but it's too tight for me. It springs up when I lie down, but I can wear it when I get up and walk around in it. It comes in a beautiful gift box. This is absolutely gorgeous silk. I would describe my color as true pink. It's natural silk and feels like a premium mother - does it feel like a 22 or something? He is very fat! It's very soft. The fabric feels great. I would really love it if they increased the girth by a few inches and added a little more elasticity to the back itself. Anyway, I think if you have a small to medium sized head you might be very happy with this, but if your head is larger than most you might find it too tight to sleep effectively.
