Not sure about thread size
. I see there are several questions about the size of the thread and I couldn't find it. But I change and sew a lot and everything works fine. I assume this is the main sewing size for my Janome and Bernina as it works great on cotton, cotton blends and light canvas. I am very happy with this purchase. Hope that helps. Many Thanks.
