Some modifications may be required to fit.

As mentioned in other reviews, there was an issue with an inaccurate bolt pattern. It was necessary to extend a hole about 1/16 inch to fit the last screw. The rest is OK. works and is no longer available from mopar so not many options left. You might get lucky and get one with the correct lace pattern, but I haven't, so I'm deducting a few stars for that.
