definitely better than regular pillow

I had great trouble sleeping on regular pillow and when I got this one my sleep improved a lot. It's fairly comfortable but flattens out a bit once in place. Generally so-so. This is the only memory foam pillow I've ever bought so I don't know how it's different, but it's way better than a regular pillow.
