After reading the Revain review I thought I had found the perfect mop that cleans itself. NO! The mop needs to be assembled "with a tool". The. Tool? I examined the box, nothing that looked like a tool. There is no description of the "tool". Nothing. Tried to assemble without "tools". unsuccessful. Would that be the last wipe? No idea, could not be picked up, sent back. Ironically I've collected a lot of things over the years, there were a few "tools" in my toolbox but nothing worked. Either a missing part or a problem with the manual translation. I do not know.
