Seems to work perfectly Replaced the one that plugged straight into the cigarette lighter plug and was sticking out but I think it put a lot of stress on the plug outlet and on End of the cigarette lighter plug itself (which fell apart further where the fuse was) I like this one a lot better, it's a lot stronger, although the lever is a bit bouncier than the old one I had, but it's firm enough for my needs and I like the extra forks. (I mainly use it to store my S5 (now S8)* in an Otterbox case when using it as a GPS).
