The masks themselves are great. They feel firm (only for a short time, so who knows about durability) and are comfortable to the touch. As for the filters, I must admit that at first I thought the ones sent to me were only 3 layers instead of the 5 layers described. After a few emails with the seller (I swore they had 3 layers and he swore they had 5) he showed me a picture showing how to separate the outer layers to prove it 5 gives evidence that these (or other PM2.5 filters I've bought) do indeed help prevent the spread of COVID or something, but I can't imagine they don't even help a little bit, and I definitely feel more confident using these 3- but actually 5-layer filters with these (or other) masks. And I apologize to my seller, szark mqer, for my doubts.
