Review on Rukket Rebounder Adjustable Pitchback PurePower by Louis Mechtak

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I came up with a trick to install it!

5 star stitches after build. It's durable, works great and even comes with 4 anchors. I read reviews that agreed the product was great but the installation was terrible. I played with the frame on the floor and evenly played with the grille inside. My husband, I and our son tried and tried and tried to pull the net and bungee evenly but couldn't even get to the sides. Many reviews felt the network was too small. My husband agreed. One review said he ordered the 6 inch bungee and I was willing to do the same but decided to give it another try myself and found a trick! *** So, when the frame was on the ground, I put the mesh in evenly. The bungee instructions tell you to thread the bungee around the edge of the net, then around the frame and attach it back to the net. This is the correct method which I ended up switching all the bungees to after doing it differently at first. The top and bottom are simple so I started with them. I kept everything straight and did a few on top, then a few on the bottom until I had them all done. I took the bungee and wrapped it around the frame and then just attached the clip to the net. Tighten firmly to the frame to give the bungee maximum slack for later tensioning. The sides are the hardest, especially the side corners. I started from the middle side. A few on the left, then the same on the right and worked in the corners. After doing them all this way, I started replacing them one by one and installing them in the correct, tighter way. **I INSTALLED THE BUNGY CORRECTLY NEXT TO THE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED BUNGY *BEFORE* REMOVING THE WRONG ONE. Again, I did the top and bottom first. When you wrap the elastic around the edge of the mesh, make sure you pull it tight so the elastic has enough room to stretch around the frame and back to the edge of the mesh. Little by little, my 10-year-old son and I switched them all. I took a new bungee, stretched it around the edge of the net right next to the cheat bungee, then grabbed the net by the frame with my fingers and thumb, pulled the net tight and my son wrapped the bungee around the frame and back to the net. As for the sides, we started in the middle and made a right, then the same left and went to the corners. We all used the bungees although managed to catch a few on the first try. The corners themselves were very tight, so we got as close as we could. It turned out great, very solid and reliable, used for a month. Installing this network is entirely possible, but it takes time and patience, and the grid is a two-man job. I hope this helps someone! Great network!
