Received a used item.
This was a replacement for my original heater which didn't auto shut off between 77 and 82 degrees as advertised. The plug-in they are returning has clearly been used. It came in a plain white box instead of the original box my original unit came in, and the heater itself was riddled with scratches and dirt. I don't think I can do that with my tank, which I had problems with the first one, so I bought another heater from the pet store instead.
