I decided to give WINCHY's online shop a try after learning about it for some of my outdoor gear requirements. Boy, was that a bad decision. The goods were at best subpar, and the selection was not much more exciting than watching paint dry. I had to search through several pages of the website's maze to even locate the items I was looking for. When I did, I was dismayed to discover that they were sold out. What kind of outdoor retailer doesn't maintain an updated inventory? It was a nightmare placing the purchase. I was never provided with a specific arrival date, and it took forever to finish. When my items did come, they were carelessly packaged and thrown into a box haphazardly. To top it all off, I received nothing but silence when I attempted to contact their customer support department. Their inbox virtually rolled like tumbleweed in my head. It appears as though they are unconcerned with their clients. In conclusion, WINCHY is the ideal store to visit if you want to drain the fun from your outdoor pursuits. Go shopping somewhere else to save yourself the trouble.
