The bad side: The first mouse I got would randomly turn off at least twice a week, sometimes it would just go off in the middle of a game or while I was working, sometimes turning off it just turned itself off and turned it off when I wasn't doing anything. Then to wake up I had to insert and remove the battery in the mouse and after 10-15 tries it turned on and I was on my way again. I thought it was because I had to download the driver for the mouse, but it was still a problem as I had Razer Synapse 3 and updated all the drivers (I will also say you need to connect another mouse to to update the dongle and mouse to click on things as updating just turns the mouse off and you can't click anything). However, after updating the mouse, I was still having issues and asked for a new one. The new one works perfectly. When inserting the battery (battery or alkaline) it didn't turn on at first, but after about 30 seconds to 1 minute it turned on and we were ready to ride. It hasn't given me any problems so far, I've had it for about 2 weeks and am still on the first battery I put in. They say it works for 450 hours and I use my mouse about 7-8 hours a day. day, doing general chores and work, so hypothetically it should last for 8 weeks (2 months). I'll let you know when I'm there. Pros: For me, this is a comfortable wireless gaming mouse. I hold the mouse in my palm and the thumb rest is very comfortable. They use a rubberized compound for the thumb rest which has a snake pattern, the texture is grippy and adds a nice touch. For reference, I'm using an XL HyperX Mat and my DPI is set to the lowest setting (800 DPI). It doesn't work on glass if for some reason you are trying to use this on glass. I'm switching between using 2.4 for my computer and Bluetooth for my iPad and it's no problem. The clicks are tactile and stable, the magnetic case that houses the receiver and battery feels nice, and it just looks like a well-designed product. Overall: It looks like a cheaper plastic version of the Logitech G502, the scroll wheel isn't as good but generally well made and light in comparison. If I had to choose between a wired G502 and this mouse, I would choose it because the wireless connection makes my desktop a little cleaner and clutter-free, but if you want something thicker and more durable, go for the G502 Hero. If given a choice I would probably go with this mouse over the G502, it does it pretty well. I don't feel any lag when playing games or browsing the website, it runs very fast and fast. Amazing wireless mouse. Also for reference I have used Microsoft Sculpt Mouse as my daily driver for browsing, blending and editing when not using this mouse and this mouse is the most comfortable mouse I own and I would say the Basilisk x Hyperspeed is almost as good as this one mouse for comfort and ergonomics thanks to the thumb rest. The other mouse wheel can just move left and right and I use it a lot in Blender.
