Yes, this collar is fantastic! It's so sturdy, charming and such a bargain at the current price! My little girl will be 1 year old next month and weighs about 25 pounds. It was perfect for her and she was so excited when she discovered the squeaky toy. Sure, she broke it in the first minute, but she's aggressively chewing, so I knew it was coming, and I'm not mad about it at all. She still loved him at that moment. I think she looks gorgeous and I love the fact that her neck is protected so I decided to buy one of these first. I highly recommend buying this for your furry little ones.
